Price: Free for Western Upstate Association Members/$50 for Non-Western Upstate Members

This is the mandatory course that, with minor exceptions, is required prior to 2027 or 2028 renewals. Upon completion of this course, you will be able to apply current South Carolina real estate laws related to broker supervision, advertising, agency agreements, AI usage, and wholesaling.

Class Minimum: A minimum of 10 attendees is required for this class to be held. If the minimum is not met, the class may be canceled.

No Show Policy

If you register for an event and do not attend, you will be assessed a $25 no show fee. If you are unable to attend, please let us know 24 hours before the event begins to avoid this fee and so someone else can fill your spot. Thank you!
